Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 2025

1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription anytime via their dashboard. Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle, but no partial refunds will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not provided for used character limits.
• Refunds can only be requested within 24 hours of purchase if no TTS conversions have been made.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

3. Failed Transactions

If your payment fails but your account is not upgraded, contact support@bolotts.in with transaction details.
